1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using SlotSwift, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
SlotSwift is an online appointment scheduling platform that allows service businesses to manage bookings, send automated reminders, and reduce no-shows. The service is provided "as is" and features may change over time.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@slotswift.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Free Trial & Subscription
SlotSwift offers a 14-day free trial for new accounts. A valid credit card is required to start the trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
After the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the service. Available plans:
- Monthly: $19/month, billed monthly. Cancel anytime.
- Yearly: $190/year (saves $38). Cancel anytime.
- Lifetime: $399 one-time payment. Access forever.
All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes, which may be added based on your location.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your Monthly or Yearly subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then.
Lifetime plan purchases are non-refundable. For Monthly and Yearly plans, refunds are available within 7 days of the initial charge if the service has not been substantially used. Contact support@slotswift.com to request a refund.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
- Send unsolicited marketing emails to your customers via our platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Use the service to store or transmit malicious code
- Resell or sublicense the service without our written consent
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into SlotSwift. You grant us a limited license to use this data solely to provide the service. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Intellectual Property
SlotSwift and all associated software, designs, and content are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software or content without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlotSwift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Croatia.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
